ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Flaka Xhelili Zekaj founded FXZ Law in 2025 to provide “practical, deal-ready, client-driven” services shaped by more than a decade of designing Kosovo’s justice and regulatory systems.
Ms. Xhelili Zekaj holds an LL.M. in European Law and Governance from the University of Manchester. She is a licensed attorney with the Kosovo Bar Association, a certified arbitrator (AmCham Kosovo), a member of the American Bar Association. She is fluent in Albanian and English with proficiency in Serbian and Spanish.
